We use the information collected primarily to process the task for which you visited the website. Data collected in the Republic Of Ireland is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act. All reasonable precautions are taken to prevent unauthorised access to this information. This safeguard may require you to provide additional forms of identity should you wish to obtain information about your account details.
Because Non-Personal Data cannot be used to personally identify you, we may use such information for any lawful purpose.

Our website takes advantage of this facility to enhance your experience. We may also use the information to keep in contact with you and inform you of developments associated with our business. You will be given the opportunity to remove yourself from any mailing list or similar device. We may from time to time provide information of a general nature to third parties – for example, the number of individuals visiting our website or completing a registration form, but we will not use any information that could identify those individuals.
Changes to this Policy
RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
The Show management reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion (which shall include reference to weather forecasts and ground conditions) to postpone or cancel the Show, make amendments to the parameters of the site or the stand space and / or amend the planned times as set out above. The Show will not be responsible to any exhibitor or person for loss of profit or any consequential loss arising out of the cancellation of the event. The Show shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations pursuant to these terms as a result of flooding, fire, lightning, explosion, drought, ground conditions, act of God, act of terrorism, war, rebellion, sabotage, strike, disease or any other event outside reasonable control of the Show management. We suggest that insurance cover be considered by the exhibitor
Tinahely Show reserves the right to refuse/cancel an entry. If the show committee refuse or cancels an entry, any fees paid shall be refunded in full.
We will not make any refund of the booking payment if you cancel less than 24 hours before the show date.
If a participant/Trade Exhibitor wishes to withdraw from an event/class/stand at Tinahely Show after the closing date for entries has passed no refund shall be made. Refunds will be credited back to the original payor.
Except to the extent permitted by law, Tinahely Show shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any booking cancellation and The Society shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation, other than to refund to you the booking payment, in accordance with the terms of this clause.
Please make your application in writing to the Trade Stand Secretary for a refund.
You must pay for your trade stands before you enter the show ground. Without an official exhibitor’s pass, you will not be allowed access to the show ground.
Exhibitors/traders must pitch within and on their allotted space. You will NOT be allowed to change your site – if you do not occupy your allotted space you will be removed from the ground and no refund made.
You should carefully read the terms and conditions set out above and included with this agreement. By booking online you agree to conform as an exhibitor/trader to all rules, regulations, terms & conditions of “The Tinahely Show” and undertake to notify your representatives or agents of them.
