Dog Show
Well, if you’re looking for big ones, medium-sized ones, or small ones we’ve got them. For your information, we also have thin ones, fat ones, long ones, and short ones. We are of course talking about the huge numbers of dogs that come to strut their stuff on the ultimate catwalk of the doggie world which is the dog show ring at Tinahely Show.
Dog owners have spent hours preparing their pets to compete in the many competitions available on the day.

- Best guard dog
- Best groomed dog
- Most obedient dog
- Best gun dog
- Best looking pinter or setter
- Best looking retriever
- Best sporting terrier
- Any variety terrier
- Any variety sheepdog
- Toy breeds
- Best dog in fancy dress
- Dog you would most like to take home
- Best puppy under 1 year handled by a child U12
The dog show takes place during the afternoon so come early to the dog show ring to be sure of a good viewing space as this event is a real crowd-puller.
Entries are taken on the field on show day for the Dog Show from 12:00 p.m., Competitions start at 2:00 p.m.
